PARENT CONSENT

I understand that the staff, other volunteers and families of Trinity Bible Chapel are counting on my child(ren) to fulfill the following commitment and I have discussed these rules with them.

*I will arrive 30 minutes before the start of the service when I'm scheduled to serve.
*I will allow adults to handle sign-in and sign-out procedures.
*I will stay in the class and engage the children in activities as I am able.
*I will participate in classroom activities and large group times.
*I will model respect of authority for the children by listening to the storytellers and submitting to adult leadership.
*I will be flexible and move to other classrooms as needed.
*I will leave all discipline issues to the classroom leader or teacher.
